Barre-Fusion is the newest trend from the U.S., an athletic and dynamic training at the ballet bar, the so called “Barre”, which leads to worked out legs, a crisp butt, defined arms, a toned core and more flexibility in only a short time. With help from small hand weights, balls and bands most of the training happens at the Ballet bar. By this entirely new and versatile exercise variations are possible. Immediately afterwards all intensively worked out muscles will be stretched in depth and get a longer structure and help the body to provide a more female definition.

This effective training is suitable for every level of fitness and happens with a maximum of 9 participants
